Blue Moon

I guess I spoke too soon.. I’m forced to share this exciting excerpt from Joshua Conner Moon’s own forum. Seems Josh is in a bit of a crisis now we’ve entered the nazis turning on each other phase. It took about as long as it did during the second world war but that was to be expected, some of us to do learn from history.

See, relationships borne out of hate and a mutual desire for destruction can’t be contained or depended upon. There is no respect or trust or mutual aid only paranoia and the promise of a comeuppance, with absolutely no way of determining who will come for your first, friend or foe?

Nazis turn on each other faster than a centrifuge. All those unchecked egos will eventually implode, their childish entitlement exposing the delinquency that informs their actions. Josh has no friends, even his supporters are an existential threat. To claw back some control he is willing to expunge his efforts from the internet, erasing his 7 year battle for white supremacy just so he can try and live a normal life.. er, do you really think it will be that easy Josh? We have a duty to inform all people of this self confessed violent paedophile’s intentions to procreate. We have a duty to inform local authorities of this violent paedophile’s intentions to settle down and start a family. I can’t imagine any person would lay down long enough for Moon to inject them with his devil spawn but you know his penchant for rape and blind hatred for other genders, so it is as much about protecting vulnerable adults as it is the twinkle in his eye.

It is far from over. There was a time I would have been happy with a takedown but that time is long passed. All good and decent people have a duty to the world and each other to protect ourselves and the less able from those who would seek to destroy that which is dear to us; our humanity. Tolerance is a peace treaty not a moral absolute. That means we undertake a covenant to be respectful of each other and mindful of compromise and inclusivity, in a society we all contribute taxes to from the minute we’re born. The state doesn’t get to decide whom among us is worthy of protection and who is not, free speech is not just a white privilege, whatever the nazis may have established the past decade.

I’ve always maintained the truth would eventually out, I just wasn’t sure if I’d be around to witness it. Love always trumps hate. Hate eventually eats itself. Cheers.

PS: If I have to say it a thousand times, I don’t care if you’re not Moon personally, I take it as read he is the many headed monster in this joint enterprise. Moon is accountable for every last sad sack he recruited to this site, and every last one of them is guilty of his crimes.

Posting under the name of a KF victim is a nice touch, Josh. How are you coming for me under lockdown, please do share.. and all the way from redneck, Ohio..

Kiwi Farms spin-off 9chan takes credit for break in attempt at MP Jess Phillip’s house

I first reported Kiwi Farms and their ilk to the authorities in 2014 and was immediately shut down by West Midlands Police who told me to log off and ignore all the illegal racism and threats to rape and kill and to watch my language because my speech wasn’t free. I figured then they were in it together. I even appealed to Jess Phillips at one point, who also ignored me and various other female politicians in the spirit of feminist solidarity but nobody cared. I warned again and again that these weren’t your average nuisance trolls and if you ignored them they were only going to get nastier. I hoped people wouldn’t wait until they came for them but here we are.

9chan is the rebranding of Kiwi Farms, its owner Joshua Conner Moon no doubt reclaiming an identity from those who rejected him when 8chan banned him on the grounds he was too much of a nazi paedophile, even by their standards (which not so long ago had their entire forum taken off the internet). They have taken credit for an attempted break in at Jess Phillips’ house.

This is horrifying stuff. It’s in a thread where they are posting fake nudes of female leftist politicians. I’m no great fan of Jess’s, we’ve even clashed but nazi incels who just wanna rape everyone have become so emboldened as to target serving members of parliament in the real world.

I can’t help but wish Jess had empathised with me all those years ago, I know she went on Victoria Live to say she felt guilty she hadn’t done anything sooner and Vic let her off the hook but imagine how much safer we’d all feel now if all the people we have been begging for help had actually done something then. West Midlands Police are notoriously racist and I wouldn’t be surprised if there were an incel or 10 in their ranks, much like the rest of the force but will they be as dismissive of Jess I wonder and the threats of violence against the minors in her family.

I can only hope for all our sakes they take her seriously.

Joshua Conner Moon’s bid to sabotage Coronavirus vaccine

Have you heard the latest? Joshua Conner Moon is doxxing WHO staff and others involved in the race to find a vaccine for Covid-19. Moon and his incel squad want to cause as much disruption as possible because they believe the virus is working in their best interests (Darwin Award nominee), disproportionately affecting people they believe to be ‘undesirables’. They are no longer just a threat to those minorities the majority doesn’t give a stuff about, they have made it personal for each and every last one of YOU.

When I received the email telling me about this latest spate of attacks, I informed the group I would no longer be wasting any more of my valuable time on this. No, I don’t know why we should be celebrating the news that Josh’s Twitter account was closed down last night, why is Josh on Twitter at all given he has been suspended a million times already? Why is he repeatedly given a platform by these white supremacy supporting billionaires I wonder..? How is it that the government has demonstrated the full reach of its power with the handling of Covid 19, for eg access to our telecoms records to track our whereabouts, or orders from the government to tech companies to put aside their own projects and direct efforts towards the pandemic and yet fails to enact basic measures in tackling white supremacist forums? Turn the website off, arrest those making threats to maim rape and kill, fine the enablers, compensate the victims, if they’re still alive that is. It’s simple no? Of course it is. They just didn’t do anything about it because they were always all on the same side.

How do you fight nazis when the state supports them? You don’t. You wait for the two sides to fall out with each other, which is an inevitability, given the tenuous nature of their relationship, forged on the fallacy that is white supremacy. Sooner or later, the hired knuckleheads doing your dirty work are going to turn on you because let’s face it, they wouldn’t know a principle if it bit them on the peen. Your enemy’s enemy is your fast track enemy. Perhaps the events that are to follow will form the basis for future policy on the handling or mismanagement of terrorist elements and the lessons that must be learnt.

I haven’t wished Covid-19 on anyone yet, I even disgusted my friends and comrades by showing Boris Johnson empathy in his darkest moments and yet I cannot think of a more deserving candidate for this disease than Joshua Conner Moon. I’m guessing he’s low on vitamins, bed hopping from one basement to the next and his parents are probably related. He thinks black and ethnic minority people are disproportionately affected for any reason other than institutional racism. He forgot to look at the stats for Asia and Africa where black and brown people seem to be thriving compared to their European counterparts.

Whatever his bullshit reasoning, he is now an even bigger threat to public safety. Domestic abusers are getting much higher sentences for invoking coronavirus in their threats to kill, perhaps domestic extremists will be treated similarly. And when this is all over, and investigations are completed into how and why this was allowed to proliferate and for so long, heads of white supremacists will roll, all the way down that slippery slope.

What do Uighurs, the Rohingya and Muslim Indians all have in common?

I wrote about the plight of the Uighurs recently, and asked whether we are looking in the right place to make sense of the reports coming out of China, that it has enacted a ‘final solution’ for its Muslim minority by placing them in ‘re-education’ camps and subjecting them to torture. China is not the only Asian country to have implemented oppressive measures with their Muslims minorities in mind, it follows Myanmar and its genocide of the Rohingya, not forgetting the momentous anti government protests erupting across India, in Uttar Pradesh, Assam, Kashmir and Karnataka, condemning a law which offers amnesty to all non Muslim migrants from neighbouring countries. Secularists oppose the law because of the distinction it makes on the basis of religion and how it undermines the Indian constitution. Earlier this year Modi’s far right fascist Hindutva government stripped 2 million people of their citizenship in the state of Assam. With each step, India has dehumanised its Muslim population so that it becomes easier to do with them what it will.

Laws do not erase human rights violations, Geneva Conventions exist for this reason. It was perfectly legal to keep slaves at one time, and to rape your spouse in Britain, as recently as the 90s. Laws are not magic, they are not ordained by a higher power. Law makers are often monsters, appeasing other monsters.

Perhaps India and Myanmar signed on to the same treaty Victor Gao repeatedly offered as an explanation for China’s actions. He insisted that the camps were within the remit of the law, and this was endorsed by 50 other countries. Modi is changing laws so that he too can glibly offer the same excuse when humanists come knocking at his door. Subtracting Myanmar, China and India from the total leaves 47 countries, and aren’t you interested to find out who they are? Shouldn’t we turn the spotlight on them and ask why they are signing treaties we are not privy to? These supposedly anti terror conventions could be closed door meetings on ‘The Muslim Problem’, with each nation slyly nudging and winking their way towards a Muslim Holocaust. The West is pulling all the strings, leaving developing Asian nations to hold the front line, reassuring them that without European human rights they are free to do as they wish, within the constraints of their own constitutions.

The West is still dividing and conquering, as it has done for 500 years, making promises to all enemies of Islam that they are stronger together in fighting a common enemy, except when the shit hits the fan, the west will sit back and feign complete ignorance. Oh, it threatens to take away our human rights (those laws standing between us and our respective failed states) but I now think this is just for show, to reassure our human rights defying allies we are not far behind. Theresa May promised an assault on our human rights almost 10 years ago, but we are still in possession of them. Boris vowed to do the same, when he was re-elected, but I’d like to see him try. He has since appealed to his critics for peace, knowing full well the conditions for an uprising are optimal. They cannot take our human rights away, it’s asking for trouble. Instead it is an empty threat, to reassure those who are already in breach of international law.

Aung San Suu Kyi should ask where all her western supporters are, now she is under investigations for human rights abuses at The Hague. China’s government should stop signing on to anything promoted by the west as a shared common interest because it hates China more than it has terrorism in common with them. India, in typically foolish fashion, must consider how it promised to be a world superpower by 2020 and how it has utterly failed in this respect, no doubt curtailed by all the broken promises western capitalists made, when it led us into a global recession. Modi’s critics grow daily, and the protests show no sign of waning.

Non white heads of state and leaders of nations should know by now they are just puppets in this system of white supremacy. It has been constructed in such a way to condemn anyone who resists it, as a terrorist, and to be an ally you have to submit to the notion whites are in fact supreme. Non whites will always be subordinates, tugging on the sleeve of their oppressively white big brother, scapegoated in the end as the real oppressor, because weak people who lack principles are so easy to stitch up.

Watch the west invade the east to save all the Muslims, just like they did the Jews, and how all protestations hinting to the actual truth will be dismissed as avoidance on the part of the perpetrators, just as Mehdi did with Gao.

History is doomed to repeat itself, because we deserve it.

We Are All Uighurs

By now we have all heard about the Muslim Uighurs in China, being detained in torture camps or as the Chinese government refers to them, ‘schools’ or ‘re-education camps’, to rehabilitate people they believe pose a terrorist threat. I first heard about them two years ago, in sporadic news reports that were quickly refuted by Chinese activists I’d come across in my radical activism. Whilst the reports seemed credible, activists reasoned that the people/states alleging these crimes had ulterior motives; for example, the US establishing its own oppressive regimes against Muslims could be using China to deflect from this fact. It seemed plausible, China is a threat to the western world by all accounts and the US is hardly a paragon of virtue in the so called war on terror, Muslim ban case in point (not forgetting the violent threats against Muslims in congress).

There is no denying now there is a modern day holocaust being conducted under our very noses. The Chinese aren’t even denying it anymore, but they are saying something important. We can’t just brush this detail under the carpet in dogged pursuit of half truths, whatever is convenient for us, economically or otherwise, or we’ve lost the struggle against the oppressive establishment wherever we are in the world. The pro government Chinese commentator Victor Gao says here 50 countries signed an accord supporting China in the fight against terrorism, using methods that are lawful (which include torture) under Chinese law. Mehdi ignores this repeatedly, instead binarising the issue, placing China at odds with the rest of the allegedly peace seeking and non violent world, which is just patently untrue.

It is plausible that the convention of 50 odd nations at a summit for counter terrorism initiatives might have sanctioned torture and concentration camps as a necessary evil in the war on ‘terror’ (Muslims). They’ve been doing exactly that at Guantanamo for almost 20 years. When Mike Pompeo, the US secretary of state, came out in support of Arsenal player Mezut Ozil following his widely reported criticism of China’s human rights abuses of his fellow Muslims, my irony meter blew a gasket. The US is no ally to Muslims but it is an historic rival of China and would love any excuse to invade it.

Muslims are a target wherever they are in the modern world, from the New Zealand terror attacks to the US ban on Muslims. Like Jews in the second world war, they are considered vermin and I have no doubt in my mind the 50 or so countries signing on to the global enterprise in the war on terror did so fully aware of the potential for ‘final solutions’, especially in nations where the law on human rights is tenuous at best. It is perhaps why the UK is seeking to strip Britons of our human rights, so that it is easier to usher in that (sorely missed) ‘golden era’ Boris has promised us, which translated to war, rape and famine for the rest of the world.

Churchill saved the Jews, an accidental legacy, driven home by the victors of a war against fascists (who wanted everyone to speak German), even whilst we had black shirts operating on our own doorstep, and the black and tans in Ireland. Myanmar commits a genocide against the Rohingya, displacing 730,000 Muslims and the western world is nowhere to be seen, instead leaving it to an African nation, Gambia, to launch proceedings at The Hague. I’d be very suspicious of western efforts to free the Muslims, not when they are the driving force behind many of these actions. Aung San Suu Kyi speaks with the confidence of a trickster who has the backing of western powers and the ability to claim up is down, she was untouched by accounts of rape and murder, much like the Chinese Victor Gao. For the Gambian foreign minister who brought this case to the UN, Abubaccar Tambadou, Muslim solidarity no doubt informs his actions but he added, “this is about our humanity, ultimately”. I believe him, not least because Gambia has made a concerted effort to respect human rights since its dictatorship ended 3 years ago.

Be under no illusions, the Chinese government has interned Muslims for the purpose of torture. It is not denying this, I don’t think, but reminding us it is not alone. Unfortunately for China, it hasn’t learnt from history but maybe we can, and this time when we say never again, we might have some chance of keeping our promises.

RIP Jack Merritt

Jack was killed by a terrorist who was released on license having served half of his 16 year sentence.
(from Sky News)

If a father who is suffering the worst pain imaginable can still respect his son’s views and separate his personal feelings towards his son’s killer from the wider implications of legal reform, then everyone else can fall in line and respect his wishes.

Boris Johnson said he was heartbroken in reaction to the news some members of the public had succumbed to their injuries. I thought it was an odd choice of words, devastated perhaps, despairing even but heartbroken? One must be in possession of a heart for it to break. When we are heartbroken we do not have the energy to threaten punitive action, vengeance is the last thing on our minds. The heartbroken are defeated not emboldened. Johnson was inspired by this event and sprang into action, prompting many to consider this incident a false flag operation, especially given he was already known to security services and was being monitored.

How does a brown chap (considering the ways in which beige and brown people are frequently accosted in the street even when they’re minding their own business doing the shopping, for eg) with a bomb vest (nobody knew it was fake) and a knife taped to his hand manage to evade the cameras that are dotted every few yards in London (never mind London Bridge which is set up to withstand terrorist attacks with increased security; blast guards around the tube station, including additional CCTV)? He had an electronic tag which I presume means he was in constant contact with the probation service who would surely have noticed a change in his behaviour? There are too many holes in this story.

David Merritt’s words are particularly poignant because he has proved himself to be a man of principal, who cannot be swayed even when it personally impacts on him. He is a true hero who thinks about others, even to his own detriment. His son was a credit to him and I share a small part of his pain, to lose someone who was intrinsically good and protected the underdog (in his dad’s own words) in a world where such qualities are in short supply is a tragedy, and I grieve for him.

RIP Jack Merritt, thank you for all that you did.

Justice Can’t Be Blind and Racist

(CN – discussion of suicide)

Last month a Boston student was indicted on an involuntary manslaughter charge after prosecutors revealed she had sent 47000 messages encouraging her boyfriend to kill himself in the couple of months leading up to his death. Inyoung You was said to have isolated Alexander Urtula from his family and it is alleged she was aware of the depression and suicidal thoughts brought on by her abuse. There was a similar case in 2017 when a Massachusetts woman was indicted for the involuntary manslaughter of her boyfriend after he died following texts and emails in which she told him to kill himself. For some inexplicable reason the district attorney acknowledged the level of control You had over Urtula wasn’t as significant as the perp in the other case but how they came to this conclusion remains to be seen (in light of all the evidence to the contrary).

This case has drawn my attention because it suggests precedence in the US regarding inducement to suicide for offenders who directly or indirectly contribute to the death of vulnerable individuals. It is interesting because in both cases the perpetrators were women, a fact we have to recognise in the greater context of criminal justice and sex discrimination (and the subject at hand) and how women (especially woc) are disproportionately criminalised.

It has been 6 years since I started receiving death threats including instructions to kill myself, in fact at one point Kiwi Farms ran a poll to predict my most likely outcomes, with suicide receiving the most votes. Kiwi Farms administrator Joshua Moon takes great joy in targeting vulnerable individuals who are already known to mental health services for a variety of reasons, myself included. I have complex post traumatic stress disorder from a lifetime of abuse, I had faced death at least twice before I was targeted en masse by Nazi incels keen to finish me off and take all the credit.

I almost obliged them at the beginning of this year when, unable to defend myself on social media against nazis alleging that I was a self proclaimed paedophile, having been maliciously reported and suspended and resigned to victimhood by the authorities who disregarded the threats to kill and rape me, I gave up and spiraled the furthest I ever have. It was like a fever had taken hold of me and it was in control and I could only watch from the outside; perhaps it was the only answer, perhaps then I didn’t have to be afraid anymore.

I got lucky, I have people who genuinely care. It took some months but I was myself again. Far from the white supremacist echo chamber that is Twitter I healed a little and doubled down in my efforts to make Moon accountable.

Sadly there were others who succumbed:

Kiwi Farms had about 200 webpages bullying a teenaged girl named Julie Terryberry and she killed herself. Kiwi Farms is proud of causing this suicide and brags about it.

A second Kiwi Farms victim named Chloe Sagal self immolated after being relentlessly cyberbullied on Kiwi Farms:

A third victim by the name of Chance Carmichael killed himself following a campaign of abuse. Kiwi Farms celebrated this suicide.

Nicholas McCrary was the fourth person to be goaded to suicide by Kiwi Farms and they celebrated his death too.

The fifth and final victim (for now) was a young YouTube star by the name of Desmond Amofah aka Etika.

Kiwi Farms have a kill count on their forum, they have expressed intention to cause as many suicides as possible and yet they have not received anywhere near the attention a young Korean woman has, for potentially causing the involuntary death of another person (fwiw I believe she is culpable but there must be parity).

What is American justice, if not the centuries old racist and sexist endeavour it always has been? Shame on Lady Liberty.

The P Word is racist and everyone knows it

Apparently somebody* repeatedly said the word paki on BBC Question Time last night and no one smacked her in the mouth or booted her off set. Of course what we (visibly Paki people) needed was for this to become a ‘debate’ in which white people talk over us and for us, in the manner to which they are accustomed.

Dave asks why it’s ok to say Brit and not Paki. Let’s see now Dave, did anyone ever call you a dirty Brit whilst stomping on your head? Did they ever use Brit as a prefix for the corner shop, or is it just a shop, as it is to the rest of us who do not speak in racialised terms? Is Brit a perjorative term for all White Europeans? Does it have a history steeped in racist divide and conquer? See, if there was a swastika with the word Brit next to it, it would mean something completely different to the same image with the P word.

The word Pakistan is an acronym for Punjab, Afghan, Kashmir, Indus and Sind. Stan means ‘land’. Many native Pakistanis believe it has another meaning, pak means pure, put together it becomes the land of the pure. Native Pakistanis aren’t as bothered by ‘paki’ because they haven’t had to live under the beady eye of fascistic white Britain, nor have they learnt to associate it with actual physical violence and marginalisation. Pakistanis never had the power to self determination though, not as the losers of the British empire. They have been subjugated by the west since ‘independence’, and their neighbours, with whom the conflict still rages on.

Paki reminds me of another term bastardised by white supremacist colonialists that affects me personally. If you’ve ever seen a Carry On film you’ve heard the term ‘khazi’, meaning toilet. In Pakistan there is a caste system of sorts though it is doesn’t carry as much weight or power as the Hindu one. If anything it is a legacy from a time when Hindus and Muslims lived together and adopted each others traditions. My paternal grandfather’s caste was Khazi. This meant that he was a scholar, a judge, an authority. It was only in my 30s, many years after I’d heard the label being misused so offensively that I learned my Mughal ancestors had changed their names to escape the genocide British soldiers had planned for them, forced into the mountains to escape the slaughter. They adopted the name Khazi instead of Mughal, a demotion but crucial if they were to survive. The British Army adopted the term no doubt to express their delight at taking a shit on us from a great height. This is what the British empire means to anyone not invested in its bloody violence and coercion, demoralising and degrading, brutish humiliation that has ensured generations of Pakistanis cannot hold their heads up high.

Paki, like khazi, and the N word and every other label thrown about by white supremacists to abuse others are rooted in domination and toxic masculinity. These labels have been used quite successfully to disempower and traumatise the people they are inflicted on. One word has the power to split open centuries old wounds encoded in our very DNA. Autoimmune conditions such as lupus affect people who come from nations colonised by white supremacists. It is as though the body is under such a sustained attack that it turns on itself, desperate to find the thing that is wrong and make it better. Every time a white person spits out the P word, we experience a spike in adrenalin, a fight or flight response and every last white person knows this. They KNOW IT. Raised cortisol levels eventually take their toll. People from African and Asian communities have been admonished for their health issues, being so many more times likely to suffer from heart disease and diabetes, it has been suggested we simply do not know how to look after ourselves YET racism as a cause for mental and physical disability has not been researched enough.

Next time a white person ‘debates’ their right to use racial slurs, just call them a gammon. A salty, fatty gammon with a sizeable rind. It hurts them to be associated with such a poor cut, I’m sure many of them would rather be labelled bacon but lardon might be pushing it. They have the right to play devil’s advocate, we reserve the right to compare them to their favourite cold cuts. Don’t let them derail you with claims of classism, if they would rather identify with a bresaola, let them have it. It’s all pig.

It’s no longer a time for appeasement, where we roll with the punches and earnestly seek to educate the ignorant masses on how we are all equals in God’s eyes, no, it’s time to give as good as you get. Get creative, be a petty tit for tat queen.

*The person in question was Sikh and referring to herself being abused with the p word but the point still stands, what are the BBC doing broadcasting it from anyone’s mouth? Why isn’t it being challenged? BBC question time seems to push the boundaries back when it comes to the normalisation of racial slurs and polarisation of political views. It’s interesting that they let a Sikh person express their distress at being labelled with this slur and not a Pakistani, because there are Sikhs and Hindus who are desperate to set themselves apart from ‘true pakis’ because they have rejected us and still cannot appreciate we look exactly the same to whites.

I found it interesting to see Shappi Khorsandi so affected by it because she’s not even south Asian. This awful word is used to control an entire continent but don’t forget the Arabs, and the Brazilians, and even some southern Europeans. It is a deeply racist word associated with that beige-y brown skin tone and shouldn’t be spoken on national television. Shame on the BBC. Stop paying your tv license.

**What is the BBC playing at, broadcasting a racial slur when they fired Tommy Sandhu for racism against ‘pakis’?

Sneaky Fascism is The Worst

On a walk recently with my dog I walked past some graffiti that made me stop and look back, because I felt like it had negative connotations, even though I could not remember exactly what. I took a picture and spent hours trawling through google, sending it to my friends, some of them seasoned anti-fascists. Nobody could place it and some even suggested it might be just a tag. I eventually found its origins and felt sick at what I discovered.

This symbol represents Wolfsangel SS, a division of the SS and it depicts a wolf trap. It was used by the Nazis in world war 2. It is not so easily recognised as the swastika and this is a tactic used by cowardly Nazis, to pick something so obscure so only they know its true meaning, whilst they operate in plain site.

On my next visit to the park I showed the image to as many dog walkers as I could, to inform them of its sinister roots. One person said they had no idea that it was so scary, they’d assumed it was just a 4 attached to a 7, and they’d seen it dotted around all over the area. I advised they carry a marker or similar with them on their visits, to cover it up and they agreed.

I was at the park again today, telling another regular about it when they asked me if I’d seen the news about the gun discovered in our park. Apparently it was a Luger, a German weapon used by the ‘German Empire’.. like, what the actual fuck. To make matters worse, it was loaded. A member of our community reported it. The West Midlands Police report seems to tie it in with regular gun crime, not far right white supremacist extremism, which leads me to question whether they’re being wilfully obtuse (they’re not exactly a shining example of race relations in the community) or just dense, having not connected the dots between Nazi paraphernalia and their apparent presence in the area.

I thought it would be enough to cover their symbols up in passive resistance but I’m not so sure now. We need an antifascist front actively manning the park and surrounding areas, an organised resistance, an antifa neighbourhood watch. The park lies on an area of land that is bordered by racially segregated communities, but also divided by class. On one side there is the white working class, or as locals call it ‘the co-op end’, on another, a fairly affluent white middle class, but there is also the ethnic side, Muslims, South Asians, Arabs and Irish.. if there were ever a race war, it would be quick and bloody, with little chance for escape.

I would like to ask all anti-fascists (or people opposed to fascism) to renew their local links and make themselves a force to be reckoned with. Nazis only bluster about for as long as we let them, they’re mostly cowards at heart who take their cues from fascists in the state and media, which is why they were silent for the most part during my childhood. I was born and raised here and asides from the NF making themselves a nuisance during the 80s, I was blissfully unaware of the contempt a significant number of white people have for other ethnicities in this country.

If things are this bleak in an area known for its progressive culture and community I dread to think what it must be like in the scarier parts of town. It makes me want to leave the house even less than I already do. We have to make ourselves safe, we cannot rely on the authorities or they’d have nipped the nazi problem in the bud when it was still masquerading as ethics in gaming.

What did the Muslims ever do for us?

In the course of human history empires are a relatively new phenomenon, spanning only the last 3000 years or so. From the ancients to modern day Britain, empires are born out of violence and domination, spurred on by greedy men with a desire to rule over the earth and all its inhabitants. Empires control resources and dictate cultures. It is for this reason we must acknowledge all empires, for the duration of their rule, if we are to gain an accurate assessment of human development, in the interests of provenance and posterity.

Take the Moors for example. Neglected in the history books for the most part, owing to the Europeans penning said tomes, their contribution to humanity has been effectively erased or minimised because it stands in direct contradiction to the white supremacist’s creed; that savages were to be civilised from the depths of their spiritual ignorance. They burned books, and monuments of cultural significance, much like Isis did in Palmyra, to the shock and dismay of enlightened Europeans who condemned this destruction of world heritage. I wonder whether the world had reacted to similarly to the barbarism of the conquistadors, or if it had in fact reveled in the bloodshed, as it does today whenever there is a terrorist attack committed against Muslims. I imagine they came out with the same excuses then as they did now “Europe for Europeans!” regardless of the rivers of blood trailing down from the bodies of innocents whose only crime was to pray to the one true God via their own cultural lens. The genocide of the Moors was as much about the colour of their skin, if not more, than it was about a Christian God, as we can see in the blackface festivals celebrated by prevaricating bigots from Spain and Britain to the Netherlands.

The reins of their (Moors) horses were as fire, their faces black as pitch, their eyes shone like burning candles, their horses were swift as leopards and the riders fiercer than a wolf in a sheepfold at night . . . The noble Goths [the German rulers of Spain to whom Roderick belonged] were broken in an hour, quicker than tongue can tell. Oh luckless Spain!

Quoted in Edward Scobie, The Moors and Portugal’s Global Expansion, in Golden Age of the Moor, ed Ivan Van Sertima, US, Transaction Publishers, 1992, p.336

Sure, the Moors were probably a frightening spectacle when they invaded Spain in the 8th century but as is the way of empires, wealth and security leads to knowledge, and peace, and eventually empathetic non violence. Empires reach their end when the leaders peak in terms of civility, unprepared for savage invading forces, unable to defend themselves against the onslaught of rabid violence. Perhaps this is why Britain can never just sit back and relax, always pre-emptively asserting itself with made up wars.

The world has chosen to focus on the demise of the Moors as a natural conclusion to the decree ordained by the lord almighty. They had provoked God’s wrath with their salacious ways and fallen out of favour. It is this notion that has sustained the skewed version of history from both sides of the conflict. Europe has effectively slut shamed Muslims into submission who cannot respond with a clear conscience because they bought into the propaganda (having suffered such a humiliating defeat) and now conduct themselves with the same terror inspiring zeal of medieval Christian soliders, whom God allegedly favoured, to appease Him.

Without the Moors, there would be no ‘Spanish’ guitar (guitarra morisca). This is what we mean by appropriation; the Moors are not celebrated like the British or Romans or Greeks, despite their many contributions in the advancement of humanity, they have been denied their historical dues by usurping Europeans who took all the credit. Moors pioneered many medical treatments, identifying hemophilia as a condition, inventing anesthesia for the purpose of surgery, and treating hydrocephalus for example. Groundbreaking and lifesaving methods such as how to perform a ligature were first documented in Al Andalus.

The Moors invented watches, a fact all Europeans should remember when they tell the time, especially given they also invented the first sundial to show time in equal measures where previous models varied according to the seasons. Where would we be without this vital innovation? If the Moors had never existed newspapers/books might never have been a thing. They invented a printing device 100 years prior to the ‘invention’ of the printing press. Ibn Firnas invented the metronome in the 9th century, during a time the Europeans referred to as ‘the dark ages’. Where would the human race be without any of these black and brown Muslim visionaries, for whom the dark ages meant a golden age?

My own ancestors, the Mughals, were a creative trailblazing peoples I am determined to resurrect. The first sugar rolling mills appeared during the Mughal empire. They invented the first hookah or water pipe, for the purpose of smoking tobacco. According to Wikipedia modern metallurgists “thought it was technically impossible to produce metal globes without any seams” until they were rediscovered in the 1980s, 20 or so seamless celestial globes created during the Mughal empire. I learned very recently that my ancestors had built Lahore fort and Badshahi mosque, not forgetting the Taj Mahal. Ah, that universal symbol of devotion, a wonder of the world, steeped in Mughal history yet neglected for that very fact, denied the care and attention that should be afforded to a world heritage site. India hates Muslims, it is quick to condemn and even kill them, for eating beef, among other things and stripping citizenship from millions yet it reaps the world’s praises for the creation of something it had nothing to do with. The Indian government has let it rot. The Taj Mahal is a painful reminder of the erasure and appropriation of Muslim ingenuity, pinned together by enemies of enemies, whose party line is a collective resistance to the creeping shariah of Islam, despite their own grievances and in-fighting. These relics are stripped of their roots, co-opted by coercive powers and serve as a reminder of how we (Muslims) have been subjugated.

I’ve never liked being a part of a group, I can only be myself one to one. I think group behaviour is terrifying. When groups of likeminded people band together, it no longer matters whether something is right or wrong, the majority has the power to claim up is down. I’ve seen adulterous affairs justified in this way, and sex abuse cover ups. I’ve been groomed in this way, isolated, misrepresented, because I wouldn’t toe the party line. A similar malfeasance has been inflicted on Muslims.

In my almost 40 years of experience on this earth I have learnt the difference between what they say and what they really mean. Christians invading India were shocked at the inhumane practice of sati committed by fanatical Hindus, whereupon the female spouse jumps, or is thrown, onto the funeral pyre, because she cannot exist without her husband. They condemned them as idolaters and savages and appealed to Muslim Indians as they (rightly) believed in the one true God. To the Hindus they condemned the Mughals as occupiers and destroyers of Hindustan, a country for Hindus. In this way they divided and conquered and continue to do so to this very day. Far right Hindutva and their mascot Modi brutalise millions in their quest for a Hindu state, supported by western nations who look the other way when Muslims are being slaughtered, see also the Rohingya in Burma being summarily executed by Buddhist monks (ffs) for an example of one modern day atrocity. Religion of peace they scoff, when mocking Muslims yet Buddhists extinguishing life in cruel and unusual ways has escaped everyone’s attentions. See the Israel/Palestine conflict for another example of white supremacist divide and conquer, effectively polarising Muslims and Jews who have historically fought together against the scourge of Christianity (see Moorish Spain).

Tyrants all over the world look to the British empire for inspiration. Hitler himself was an admirer of the British rule in India, it was what prompted him to enact his own genocide. The holocaust is widely taught and accepted for the most part, because the teachers are white supremacists who exemplify divide and conquer of ‘minorities’ and use it as a tool to silence other ethnic groups. When an African person speaks of King Leopold and his slaughter of 10 million Congolese and questions why this isn’t taught in schools like the holocaust is, they are not denying Jewish history or cheapening it by comparing it (as I was once accused when I warned that current events were a catalyst to holocaust levels of genocide) they are appealing for consistency. When I highlighted the similarities between the targeting of Jews in Germany and modern day Muslims in Britain I was chastised for daring to compare. 11 million Indians were starved to death by Churchill who redirected grain to British forces during the war. Was this not a holocaust too? Not when the history book writers are white, evidently.

In a world where white supremacy holds all the power and writes the narratives, a maleficence of biblical proportions has been committed against believers of the one true God. Christians have employed idolaters to act as their proxies, to protect their global interests, and will shun them when they are no longer effective. Historical allies have been pitted against one another and the flames are fanned periodically to ensure their estrangement. Muslims are caricaturised as uncivilised, barbaric, wanton in their misogyny and to be fair, many of them are, but they weren’t always like this, they weren’t always so broken and reactionary, they were made that way by Christians.

Perhaps if we acknowledged the real truth, the many contributions made by Muslims to the sciences and arts, and the pursuit of pleasure with inventions like chess, poker, and alcohol (how many words do you know prefixed with ‘al’?) such inventions that changed the course for humanity and propelled Europeans to their ‘enlightenment’, Muslims might not be so angry or even perceived as such. Europeans weren’t beamed down to earth by God as naive fledgling angels innocent of all crimes and wrongdoing, hitting every branch of the enlightenment tree on the way down, no, they appropriated the hard work of Muslims and denied the historical truth, leaving those famed rivers of blood in their wake.

The transference of white supremacists must be called out for what it is, the fear of a comeuppance, of the chickens coming home to roost. They keep the conflict alive.
